With workshops representing a total floor area of 2500m2, we are able to produce small or medium-sized series of a single product. The two 5 tonne overhead travelling cranes with hook clearance height of 9.2m allow us to make vats of up to 100 m3. We regularly invest in new forming or assembly tools, such as plasma cutters, shearing machines, bending machines, flangers or weld flattening tools. This equipment enables us to supply complete or semi-finished items in compliance with the required lead time and quality.<\/div>

    Our experience in welding allows us to offer you our expertise in manual and automatic TIG, MIG\/MAG processes. We have automatic welding benches with integrated shielding gas for flat sheet metal welds, and for circular welds on turntables, rotators and positioners. When your assemblies are subject to specific regulations, our welders have the required qualification (WPQ) and work according to specific procedures (WPS). If required by your specifications, we can carry out non-destructive tests: penetrant tests or radiography.<\/div>

    M\u00e9tal Performances has developed its expertise in industrial boilermaking while maintaining high quality standards, ensuring traceability of materials and fillers, and using the appropriate measuring equipment for inspections (dimensional, roughness, welding, pressure tests). To ensure worker safety, we have put in place some effective measures, especially concerning the use of overhead travelling cranes. Our crane drivers and slingers are given specific training, we have optimised the flow of workers and handling vehicles in the workshop, and conduct periodic verifications of our machinery and PPE. For a more ecological process, we have also invested in a new surface treatment line.<\/div>
